The following were the requirements needed in order to complete the award:


You need to have completed the following:
1.            Basic Training
2.            Guider Intermediate

In order to complete the award you also had toto work on a project either as a group or on your own. The topic/title of your project could be on anything you wish that will be of benefit to your Company, Unit, Diocese/Region or Association. Projects can take on any format you wish (e.g. Powerpoint, video, demonstration, handouts etc.)

Projects were shown at the weekend with a 5 minute presentation per applicant.
