Chief Commissioner Seminar -Zurich, 21st to 23rd November 2008

"This was the first Seminar of its kind in the Europe region and as such was a
learning exercise for all involved. We were a small group of eleven participants.
In one way this was a good thing as it allowed us all to get to know each other
very well, but on the other hand we had a smaller pool of experiences to learn
from. We were asked to give a short presentation on our Association. We were
all given each others presentations so that we could revisit them at a later
date. Other workshops included topics on; motivation, recognition, personal
involvement, developing strategies for our Association and staff issues. Overall
it was a very interesting weekend."
