International - Training For New Board Members


Training for New Board Members - Latvia, 3rd to 7th December 2008

A training course for new National Board Members was run jointly by WAGGGS and WOSM in Latvia. We had four participants; Mandy Bradley, Philomena Dawson, Suzanne Stewart and Maria Carroll. The training consisted of different modules all based around understanding the workings and set up of our own organisations, and what different drivers are needed to get results. It also showed the characteristics that go to make up a National Board, and how to identify the
role that we play.
