In The Spirit of Adventure - A Photographic History of the Catholic Guides of Ireland will run for the month of December inWaterford City Library and will be officially launched on 5thDecember at 11.30am by Lord Mayor of Waterford City, Cllr. JohnHalligan.  The launch will be followed by Carol singing by BriginGuides from Tramore.  All Are Welcome. 

 

In the Spirit of Adventure, a Photographic History of the Catholic Guides of Ireland.
As an all female organisation founded in 1928, this visual presentation provides a unique insight into the activities of the girls and young women members from the early years of the Irish Free State to the present day.
